Sofía Miramontes is a Mexican Attorney and CEO of Well Guided Mx. She earned her Law Degree from the University of Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta Campus, and has built her career around helping individuals and businesses navigate legal, immigration, corporate, real estate, and administrative processes in Mexico. Her professional background includes experience at one of Puerto Vallarta’s leading law firms, where she worked on corporate, real estate, trust (fideicomiso), and regulatory matters. She also served as an intern with the Mexican National Immigration Institute (INM) in Puerto Vallarta, gaining firsthand experience with immigration procedures and residency applications. Additionally, she completed an internship at the Criminal Court of Control and Oral Proceedings, where she developed a strong foundation in legal analysis, procedural law, and client advocacy.
Through Well Guided MX, Sofía specializes in coordinating Temporary and Permanent Residency applications, real estate transactions, fideicomisos, corporate services, contract preparation and review, business support, government procedures, and relocation services for foreign nationals. Her extensive experience working with notaries, government agencies, accountants, fiduciary institutions, and legal professionals allows her to provide clients with practical solutions and reliable guidance throughout every stage of their process.

She graduated with honors from the University of Guadalajara’s Puerto Vallarta campus and has extensive experience in Mexican accounting and tax compliance for both individuals and businesses. Her expertise helps clients navigate financial and regulatory matters with confidence and accuracy.
As a bilingual professional, Paulina enjoys working with both local and international clients, helping bridge communication gaps and simplify complex accounting processes. Outside of work, she is a passionate fan of Asian cuisine and enjoys discovering new cultures through food and travel.
